From information gathered from the sellers the silo & control center has been filled with water for the last 17 years. Silo was drained halfway 2 years ago and the pump broke. For the ebay sale pumping began again and water level was drained to level 3. New pump was placed in August 2006. Level was decreasing about a 1 foot per day. Water level has stabilized to around level 5.
